So, one of the perks of working for Lindt is that I often get to take home expired chocolate. This is chocolate that’s still perfectly good to eat but stores can’t sell it anymore. It’s usually stuff that just doesn’t sell or that stores get overloaded with. Which happens to be our Excellence Extra Creamy bars. I got sick of them after my like, 5th case, so I started making hot chocolate with them. It is the best damn hot chocolate I have ever had. Like I just told Erin and Brandi. I’m the motherfucking hot chocolate queen!
